Thomas Bellis

Masseur de bien-être et Professeur de pilates

My name is Thomas, I am a masseur and pilates teacher since 2010.
At the beginning of the session, I always take the time to get to know you.
The massage must be an exchange and a relationship of trust.

My motto is to listen to your sensations in order to continually adapt the pressure and speed of my movements.

I will invite you to let go of your unconscious blockages. Through my hands, I will develop the listening of your senses.

"(...) I discovered massage among friends. Like many of us, people around me encouraged me to take up the profession. But what really revealed this vocation were the daily massage sessions provided to my wife during her pregnancies."

It was during my wife's three pregnancies, from 2007 to 2010, that my touch was revealed.  I used to massage her every night, so that she could fall asleep and relieve her back. Seeing that I was enjoying it, she encouraged me to start a career as a masseur. Having no training I started reading some books and watching videos to learn the basic movements.

With these basic movements I established a protocol that I reproduced for each massage. I needed to enrich my movements. So I launched the duo massage, which no institute in Toulouse offered at the time.

The duo massage was an opportunity to meet experienced masseuses who had worked in the most luxurious spas in France.

I observed their style, their gesture. I learned to strengthen my supports, the pressures.

At the same time I studied anatomy and pilates, my touch gained in precision and relevance. However, after a few years, the lack of novelty was felt. So I decided to teach what I had already learned, telling myself that the universe would send me something to feed my thirst for creativity. In 2007 I created my first workshops for beginners.

That same year, during a meeting with clients, I experimented with floor massage. It was a particularly enriching and demanding experience. The proximity between the masseur and the receiver requires great attention, centering, but also opens up new possibilities because by being close you have access to a larger space. You can massage the lower and upper body at the same time. The wraps are expanded, the mobilizations and stretching merge with the gestures of the oil massage.

It was a real revolution in my massage style. I was incorporating a multitude of sequences into the table massage as I discovered them on the floor.

My massage took on another dimension, becoming an "experience" according to the clients.

Today, I am driven by a desire to pass on to professionals as I believe that many are looking for a release from their protocol. In this Masterclass, you will learn movements that you would never have dared to do or imagine.

Ugo Boggio

Masseur de bien-être

An eternal traveller, sometimes a gold digger in Guyana, a jeweller in Colombia, a market gardener in Australia, I travel the world in search of adventure and unusual encounters. Passionate about salsa and bongo, I express all my history in my massage gestures.

From ancient and mystical Egypt to the distant Middle Kingdom, via our Greco-Roman fathers and the powerful African infant massage, massage therapy is in all of us because the first sense was "touch". It is both restorative care and the transcendence of our consciousness.

As a massage partner of Thomas Bellis Institut, we work together for your well-being. I'm a calm, cheerful person who listens carefully to your needs, expectations and problems. With a slow, reassuring and powerful touch, you'll receive an intuitive massage with energetic wraps.

"A touch to heal,

A touch to bless,

A touch to love. "
